|Basil pesto||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheese||100 Gram, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Pine nuts||60 Gram|
|Basil||1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm) (1 Large Bunch)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain, set aside and keep warm.
To make pesto, place cheese, garlic, pine nuts and basil in a food processor or blender and process to finely chop.
With machine running, gradually add oil and continue processing to form a smooth paste.
