Spaghetti Pizza Deluxe
|Spaghetti||7 Ounce (1 Package Uncooked)|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Canned tomato sauce||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Herb seasoning||1 Teaspoon (Salt Free)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Prepare Creamette® Spaghetti according to package directions.
In medium bowl, blend milk and egg; add spaghetti and toss to coat.
Spray 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread spaghetti mixture evenly in prepared pan.
In large skillet, cook and stir beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until beef is no longer pink; drain.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture evenly over spaghetti.
Top with mushrooms and cheese.
Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
