Forest Mushroom Pasta
|Pasta||350 Gram, of your choice|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Mixed mushrooms||750 Gram|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain, set aside and keep warm.
To make sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Remove pan from heat and whisk in milk.
Return pan to heat and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Stir in nutmeg and season to taste with black pepper.
Add sauce to pasta and mix to combine.
Set aside and keep warm.
Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Add garlic and mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until mushrooms are soft.
