Spaghetti With Claaa Oyster Sauce
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen condensed oyster stew||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Minced clams||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Thin spaghetti||1⁄2 Pound|
Cook garlic, onion, and parsley in olive oil until onion is tender.
Add oyster stew, clams, and lemon juice.
Heat until soup is thawed; stir now and then.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water; drain.
Then heap into 4 to 6 soup bowls.
Ladle the sauce (sauce is very thin) over.
