|Ghee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rose water||1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Almonds||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
Make a syrup by mixing the sugar and water and cooking it for a few minutes.
Fry the vermicelli in ghee till golden brown in color.
Add the cardamoms.
Pour in the syrup and bring it to the boil, stirring continuously.
Cover and cook for about fifteen minutes on a low fire.
Spread the vermicelli on a flat dish.
Put the chopped almonds on top and sprinkle a little rose water.
