|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Tomatoes||800 Gram, undrained and mashed|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||60 Milliliter|
|Mussels||12 , scrubbed and beards removed|
|Uncooked prawns||12 , shelled and deveined|
|Squid rings||125 Gram|
Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet directions.
Drain, set aside and keep warm.
Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Add onions and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until onions are golden.
Stir in tomatoes, basil and wine, bring to simmering and simmer for 8 minutes.
Add mussels, scallops and prawns and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Add squid and cook for 1 minute or until shellfish is cooked.
Spoon shellfish mixture over hot pasta and serve immediately.
