Diet Chicken Tetrazzini
|Cooked enriched spaghetti||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Cooked, skinned and boned chicken||6 Ounce, cut into pieces|
|Instant non fat dry milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||5⁄8 Ounce (1/2 Envelope)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Teaspoon|
In small casserole, arrange layers of spaghetti, mushrooms (reserving a few slices), peas and chicken.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Combine dry milk, water, broth mix and onion flakes; pour into casserole.
Sprinkle top with paprika and reserved mushrooms.
Bake at 350Â° F. until sauce is hot and bubbly, 20-30 minutes.
