Ingredients
  Margarine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mushrooms 250 Milliliter, sliced (1 Cup)
  Onions 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cups)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Spinach 8 1⁄2 Ounce (250 Grams)
  Light cream cheese 8 1⁄2 Ounce (250 Grams)
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped
  2% milk 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Grated parmesan cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliters)
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliters)
  Pepper To Taste
  Tortellini 8 1⁄2 Ounce, cooked, drained (250 Grams)
Directions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
Cook the mushrooms, onions and garlic at medium heat.
Add all the other ingredients, except the tortellini, and mix well.
Cook and stir until boiling.
Add the tortellini and simmer for a few minutes, stirring gently.
