|15% cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Dry white wine/Unsweetened apple juice||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Chicken broth||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sbrinz cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Parmesan cheese||50 Milliliter, grated (1/4 Cup)|
|Cooked ham||250 Milliliter, cut into diamonds (1 Cup)|
|Spaghetti||1 Pound, cooked (500 Gram)|
In a pan, brown the mushrooms in the margarine.
Add the cream, white wine or apple juice and the chicken broth.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
Add the Sbrinz cheese and the Parmesan; allow them to melt.
Add the ham and reduce the heat to low.
Add the spaghetti, mix well and arrange on a plate.
