Spaghetti Alfredo

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 Large, sliced
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  15% cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Dry white wine/Unsweetened apple juice 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Chicken broth 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sbrinz cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Parmesan cheese 50 Milliliter, grated (1/4 Cup)
  Cooked ham 250 Milliliter, cut into diamonds (1 Cup)
  Spaghetti 1 Pound, cooked (500 Gram)
Directions

In a pan, brown the mushrooms in the margarine.
Add the cream, white wine or apple juice and the chicken broth.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
Add the Sbrinz cheese and the Parmesan; allow them to melt.
Add the ham and reduce the heat to low.
Add the spaghetti, mix well and arrange on a plate.
