|Fettucine noodles||1 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄4 Pound, softened|
|Heavy cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Boil noodles in kettle of salted water.
Meanwhile beat butter until fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and cream.
When well blended, beat in cheese, salt, and plenty of black pepper.
Drain noodles well; toss with sauce.
