Zucchini Pasta Vegan, Gluten Free, Low-carb diet

Here is an interesting twist to your regular pasta meal.. its zucchini pasta noodles which can be spiced up with sauce of your choice. This is a healthy, gluten free, vegan recipe worth a try.

Ingredients

Zucchini 2 Medium
Tomato 4
Garlic cloves 4
Onion 1 Large
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Parsley 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Basil 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Prepare Zucchini Spaghetti by using veggie twister.

2. Heat Oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic.

3. Stir and add salt. Add other spices. Fry onions for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add tomatoes. Cook tomatoes until tender.

5. Add zucchini. Mix well and cook until done.

SERVING

6. Serve hot.

TIPOptional - Keep vegan or add cheese of your choice and enjoy.
