One Pot Creamy Garlic Angel Hair Pasta is an awesome dish that can be served as a main meal, side dish or snack. Garlic is combined with chicken stock, parmesan cheese and angel hair pasta. The whole thing is cooked in one pot, so no messy cleanup, and the dish takes just minutes to make - give it a go!
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) , minced | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Freshly cracked black pepper | To Taste | |
Stock | 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Liquid Chicken, Beef or Vegetable, 750 ml) | |
Angel hair pasta | 250 Gram | |
Grated parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Cream | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Freshly chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
Heat a saucepan/ skillet and add oil into it.
Saute garlic and add butter to it.
Add pepper, chicken stock and bring to boil.
Add pasta and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
Reduce temperature and add cheese, parsley, cream and stir well.
