|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable shortening||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Condensed chili beef soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Water||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mostaccioli/Tubular macaroni||7 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Combine meat, crumbs, milk, salt, and pepper; shape into five oblong patties.
In skillet, brown patties in hot vegetable shortening.
Remove patties; set aside.
Cook onion and garlic in same skillet until tender but not brown.
Blend in soup and water.
Return patties to skillet.
Bring mixture to boiling; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Cook mostaccioli according to package directions; drain and place on large heated platter.
Arrange patties on noodles.
Pour sauce over meat; sprinkle with cheese.
