Pasta Alla Creole

Pasta Alla Creole has a Superb taste.The Pepper and Cheese gives the Pasta Alla Creole Incredible taste.
Ingredients
  Spaghetti 150 Gram
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced onion 1
  Chopped garlic 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red capsicum 1 , sliced (Pimiento)
  Sliced mushrooms 8
  Tomatoes 2 Large, chopped
  Powdered nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil spaghetti in salted water until crisp but tender.
Drain, rinse and keep warm on a serving dish.
Heat oil, add onion, garlic, capsicum and mushrooms and fry, stirring for 2 minutes.
Mix in tomatoes, nutmeg, salt and pepper, and further cook until tomatoes are mushy.
Pour evenly over the spaghetti.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and garnish with parsley
