Mock Manicotti

Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wide egg noodles 8 Ounce
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Spaghetti sauce 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Scallion 1 , chopped
Directions

Place water and salt in glass casserole.
Cover; cook on high (9) for 10 minutes or until boiling.
Add noodles and oil, cover, cook on simmer (3) for 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
In small glass casserole, cook beef on roast (7) for 6 minutes or until no long pink.
Drain.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Combine cottage cheese, egg, scallion and parsley.
Layer half of noodles in casserole, then cottage cheese mixture, remaining noodles, and beef mixture.
Cover, cook on reheat (8) for 10 minutes or until hot.
