Mandarin Parfaits

Prefect to be served in any time of the day and any day of the year, this Mandarin Parfait is a very exciting dessert for any taste buds. Taste the mandarin oranges in almond flavoring all wrapped in flavored gelatin to make it as exciting as ever. Give this Mandarin Parfaits a try and you will for sure love it.
  Cold milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned madarin orange sections 11 Ounce (Drained)

Combine milk, sour cream and almond extract in bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Layer pudding and orange sections in individual parfait glasses.
Chill about 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
