|Cold milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned madarin orange sections||11 Ounce (Drained)|
Combine milk, sour cream and almond extract in bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Layer pudding and orange sections in individual parfait glasses.
Chill about 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
