Layered Parfait Mold

Ingredients
  Jello gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each, Any Flavor)
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Frozen mixed fruit 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package Bird's Eye)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint, softened
Directions

Dissolve one package gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of the boiling water.
Add mixed fruit.
Stir until fruits are separated and gelatin is thickened; chill if necessary.
Pour into a 6-cup ring mold.
Chill until set, but not firm.
Meanwhile, dissolve the remaining package of gelatin in remaining 11/2 cups boiling water.
Blend in softened ice cream.
If necessary, chill until the gelatin is slightly thickened.
Spoon over layer in mold.
Chill until firm about 4 hours.
Unmold.
