I am in love with this Parfair Pie, especially when made using some of my fruit flavored gelatin! Vanilla ice cream and whipped cream topping is sure gonna give your taste buds a treat! Give this Parfair Pie a try and just sit back and indulge!
|Jello gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package Orange, Strawberry Or Raspberry)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vanilla icecream||1 Pint|
|Baked pie shell||1 , cooled (8 Inch)|
|Whipped topping mix||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped (Prepared, Dream Whip)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted and smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm at least 11/2 hours.
Garnish with whipped topping.
