Grape Parfait Pie

The grape parfait pie is made with a baked pasyry shell filled in with grape filling. Prepared with a gelatin and ice cream mix along with grape juice, this garpe parfait pie dessert is a real summer treat and can be filled with extra grapes for fun. The grape parfait pie can be served with whipped cream.
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Boiled grape juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
  9 inch baked pastry shell 1
Directions

Combine gelatin and sugar; add boiling grape juice and stir to dissolve the gelatin.
Add lemon juice.
Spoon vanilla ice cream into the gelatin mixture and stir till melted.
Chill till mixture mounds when spooned (about 45 minutes).
Fill baked pastry shell and chill till set.
Trim with whipped cream, if desired.
