Royal Grape Parfait

Ingredients
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Whipping)
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), powdered
  Canned frozen concentrated grape juice 6 Ounce (Thawed)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat cream and 10X sugar until stiff in a medjum size bowl; gradually fold in thawed grape juice and vanilla.
Spoon into a 5 cup mold or 2 ice cube trays; freeze at least 2 hours, or until creamy firm.
Serve in parfait glasses.
