Royal Grape Parfait
|Cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Whipping)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), powdered|
|Canned frozen concentrated grape juice||6 Ounce (Thawed)|
Beat cream and 10X sugar until stiff in a medjum size bowl; gradually fold in thawed grape juice and vanilla.
Spoon into a 5 cup mold or 2 ice cube trays; freeze at least 2 hours, or until creamy firm.
Serve in parfait glasses.
