Peanut Butter Parfaits

peanut butter parfaits are ice cream and peanut butter layered desserts served in parfait glasses. The peanut butter sauce, combined with milk, brown sugar and corn syrup makes a delicous layer beneath the ice cream. Topped with crushed peanuts, the peanut butter parfait is lovely dessert to hang out with.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Kilogram (as required)
  Peanuts or crushed peanut brittle 1 Kilogram (for garnish)
Directions

In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk, corn syrup, and butter.
Cook and stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves and butter melts; remove from heat.
Add peanut butter; beat smooth with rotary beater; cool.
In parfait glasses, alternate layers of vanilla ice cream and peanut butter sauce, beginning and ending with ice cream.
Garnish parfaits with peanuts or crushed peanut brittle, if desired.
