Double Raspberry Parfait
|Frozen raspberries||10 Ounce|
|Raspberry flavor self layering dessert mix||3 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Thaw raspberries, following label directions; drain into a 2 cup measure.
Add water to raspberry syrup to make 1 1/3 cups.
Spoon drained raspberries into 4 parfait glasses, dividing evenly and reserving 4 for garnish, if you wish.
Prepare dessert mix with boiling water, following label directions, then use syrup mixture prepared in Step 1 in place of cold water.
Spoon over raspberries and chill at least 3 hours.
Top with reserved raspberries, if you wish.
