|Mint jelly||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chilled whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
|Chocolate ice cream||3 Pint|
Heat mint jelly and water until smooth, stirring constantly; cool.
In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff stir in jelly mixture.
Alternate layers of ice cream and whipped cream mixture in parfait glasses or other individual serving dishes.
Freeze until firm.
