|Nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Non sugar peanut butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy cheese slices||4 Medium|
|Whole grain bread loaf||1|
|Tomato slices||4 Medium|
|Edamame||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Almond Chocolate Chip Parfait:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them well.
All natural peanut butter toast:
Spread the butter on the toasted bread slice.
Soy cheese snack-wick:
Put one slice of soya cheese over the bread slice. Put your choice of vegetable or simply tomato slices on top of that. Season with salt and pepper.
Microwave the soyabeans for about a minute. Season with salt to serve.
