Strawberry Lemon Parfaits

Ingredients
  Sour cream 16 Ounce
  Lemon instant pudding mix 3 3⁄4 Ounce
  Fresh strawberries 1 Quart
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla wafer crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine sour cream and pudding mix; beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 1 minute.
Set aside.
Combine strawberries and sugar; toss lightly.
Layer half each of wafer crumbs, pudding mixture, and strawberries equally in 6 parfait glasses.
Repeat layers of wafer crumbs and pudding mixture.
Reserve remaining strawberries for topping; cover and set aside in refrigerator.
Cover parfaits, and chill 1 hour.
Top each parfait with reserved strawberries just before serving.
