|Peach||2 , diced|
|Fresh orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Amaretto||1 Tablespoon (Optional)|
|Ginger||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Pound cake||1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed|
|Yogurt/Vanilla yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a large bowl take peaches and set aside.
2. Heat a sauce pan; pour in the fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, amaretto, ginger and sugar. Let it boil.
3. Strain the orange juice into the peach bowl.
4. In a long glass make layers of pound cake, peach and yogurt, repeat the layer until the glass is full. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
