Strawberry Layered Parfait
Water - 1 1/2 cups boiling
Cold water - 1 1/2 cups
Fresh strawberries - 1 pint, cleaned and sliced
Whipped Topping - 1 envelope, prepared
1. In a bowl, add gelatin and boiling water and allow to dissolve, add cold water.
2. Add strawberry to gelatin stirring carefully. Chill until partially set.
3. In a parfait glass, spoon spoonful of strawberry mixture, layer with whipped cream, repeat until glass is full. Chill for an hour.
4. Serve chilled.
