Parfait Consomme

Ingredients
  Condensed consomm 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Place the can of consommé without opening it, inside the refrigerator for about 4 hours, until it forms jelly.

FINALIZING
2) In a parfait glass, spoon a little consommé at the bottom. Add a layer of sour cream on top. Repeat the layers of consommé and sour cream by ending with sour cream.

SERVING
3) Sprinkle chives on top of the sour cream layer, just before serving.
