Ingredients
  Dark corn syrup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted and chopped
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, combine the syrup, sugar and boiling water
2. Bring this mixture to the boil on medium heat while stirring constanly
3. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, remove from heat
4. Cool and add the pecans

SERVING
5. Serve with vanilla ice cream
