Anytime Apricot Parfaits

Ingredients
  Whole milk yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plain)
  No sugar added apricot jam 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Apricots 3 , diced
  Low carb cereal flakes 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Combine yogurt and jam in a bowl.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each of 4 parfait glasses.
Top each with 1 tablespoon apricot and 2 tablespoons cereal.
Repeat layers once.
Top parfaits with remaining yogurt mixture and apricots.
