Ginger Peach Parfait

Ingredients
  Low calorie vanilla pudding mix 1 2⁄3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Low calorie whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepared)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In medium bowl blend pudding mix and milk.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Stir in peaches.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Chill until set.
Blend spices into whipped topping.
In each of 4 parfait glasses layer 1/4 cup chilled pudding mix, 3 tablespoons whipped topping, 1/4 cup pudding and 1 tablespoon topping.
