|Frozen unsweetened boysenberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Plain gelatin||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
Soften the gelatin in a little cold water.
Thaw the boysenberries, retaining the juice.
Measure the juice and add water if necessary to measure 1 1/2 cups total.
Combine the juice and gelatin.
Allow to set for 20 minutes.
Combine the berries, thickened juice, sweetener, and the lime juice.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fill parfait glasses with the berries and chill until ready to serve.
