Pineapple Cherry Parfait With Whipped Topping
|Canned unsweetened crushed pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Divided)|
|Frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs), partially thawed|
|Cherry extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Artificial sweetener||1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Equal 4 Teaspoon)|
|Whipped topping||4 Tablespoon|
Place 1 1/2 cups pineapple in blender container; process until smooth.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
Cut all but 6 cherries into quarters over bowl to catch juice.
Combine cut cherries and remaining pineapple with pureed pineapple.
Stir in extracts and sweetener.
Divide evenly into 6 parfait glasses.
Top each with 1 serving of Whipped Topping and 1 cherry.
Refrigerate or serve immediately.
