This quick and healthy tropical fruit and yogurt parfait recipe video is just what you would love for breakfast or as a wonderful snack. For those any time of the day cravings, here’s a dish that you would relish.
  Strawberries 5 Tablespoon, diced
  Blueberries 5 Tablespoon
  Pineapple 5 Tablespoon, diced
  Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla yogurt 2 Pound
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange zest To Taste
  Lemon zest To Taste
  Granola 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1) In a mixing bowl, combine the fruits with honey and mint; set aside.
2) In another bowl, mix the yogurt with orange zest, orange juice and lemon zest; blend thoroughly.
3) In a dessert cup, layer the fruit mixture with the yogurt mixture and top it with granola

4) Garnish the parfait with mint leaves and serve cold.
