Royal Grape Parfait
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sifted 10x confectioners powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned frozen grape juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
1. Beat cream and 10X sugar until stiff in a medium-size bowl; gradually fold in thawed grape-juice concentrate and vanilla.
2. Spoon the mixture into 5-cup mold or an 8x8x2-inch pan; freeze at least 2 hours, or till creamy-firm. Serve in parfait glasses
