Lobster Parfait

Ingredients
  Canned lobster 20 Ounce (4 cans, 5-ounce each)
  Catchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Finely snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Lime/Lemon 1
Directions

Early on day:
1. Refrigerate cans of lobster.
2. In small bowl combine catchup, seasoned salt, mustard, cayenne, chives, celery, lime juice, and Worcestershire; stir to mix; refrigerate.
3. Cut 4 slices, about 1/4 inch thick, from lime; halve each of these slices; wrap in wax paper or saran; refrigerate.
About 10 minutes before serving:
1. Drain canned lobster; set aside claw meat. In 8 parfait or sherbet glasses, arrange it alternately with catchup sauce, having claw meat on top. Garnish each with a half-slice of lime.
