Cranberry Melon Parfaits
|Jellied cranberry sauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Bottled lemon lime carbonated beverage||7 Ounce (1 Bottles)|
|Honeydew melon||1 Medium, halved, seeded, and scooped into balls|
Turn cranberry sauce into mixing bowl; beat till sauce is smooth.
Resting bottle on rim of bowl, slowly pour in lemon-lime beverage.
Mix gently with up-and-down motion.
Pour into 1-quart refrigerator tray; freeze.
Break into chunks; turn into chilled mixing bowl.
Beat till fluffy.
Return to tray and freeze.
Layer cranberry ice and honeydew balls in 4 chilled parfait glasses.
