Peach And Pudding Parfait
|Vanilla pudding and pie filling mix||3 5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
Combine vanilla pudding and milk in saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches boiling point.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Cool thoroughly, stirring frequently.
When ready to serve, alternate layers of pudding and peaches in parfait glasses.
