Fruit And Pudding Parfaits
|Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chilled whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond extract||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced fresh fruit/One 11 ounces can sliced peaches, pears or fruits||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained (For Salad)|
Mix pudding and pie filling and milk in small mixer bowl on low speed until smooth.
Add whipping cream and extract; beat on medium speed until soft peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes.
Alternate layers of fruit and pudding, beginning and ending with fruit, in parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
Garnish with toasted flaked coconut or finely chopped nuts if desired.
