Plum Good Parfaits
|Fresh plums/1 can, 30 ounce whole, unpitted purple plums, drained||12|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Dash|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Pit and slice plums.
In medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves, and dash salt.
Stir in plums and lemon juice.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
Layer with vanilla ice cream in parfait glasses.
