Chocolate Pudding Parfaits

Ingredients
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Whipped topping mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Cold skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan; gradually stir in 2 cups milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat; blend in margarine and vanilla.
Pour into medium bowl.
Press plastic wrap onto surface of pudding; chill.
Combine topping mix, cold milk and vanilla in small bowl; prepare according to package directions.
Fold 1/2 cup whipped topping into pudding.
Blend orange peel into remaining whipped topping.
Alternately spoon chocolate pudding and orange flavored whipped topping into parfait glasses.
Chill.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
