|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Peppermint extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red food coloring||8 Drop|
|Whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crushed chocolate wafers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows with milk.
Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla,salt, extract and food coloring.
Chill for 10 minutes; fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into individual dishes.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with chocolate wafers.
