Black Forest Parfaits
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (Philadelphia, 1 Package)|
|Cold milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant pudding and pie filling||4 Ounce (1 Package 4-Serving Size Jell-O, Chocolate Flavor)|
|Canned cherry pie filling||21 Ounce|
|Cherry liqueur||1 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate wafer crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
BEAT cream cheese with 1/2 cup of the milk at low speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Add pudding mix and remaining milk.
Beat until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
MIX together cherry pie filling and liqueur.
Reserve a few cherries for garnish, if desired.
Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture evenly into individual dessert dishes; sprinkle with wafer crumbs.
Cover with pie filling; top with remaining pudding mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with reserved cherries and additional wafer crumbs, if desired.
