Blackberry Parfaits

Ingredients
  Fresh blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Container, Nonfat / Low Fat)
Directions

Set 4 of the blackberries aside for the garnish.
In a blender or small food processor, blend or process the remaining blackberries and honey until smooth.
In 4 (6-ounce) parfait glasses, evenly layer the blackberry mixture and the yogurt.
Garnish each serving with a reserved whole blackberry.
