Strawberry-Pineapple Parfait

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla ice milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Unsweetened frozen strawberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thawed
Directions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.
2. Add ice milk and fruits. Stir gently until mixed.
3. Portion into 4 individual dishes. Refrigerate until serving time. Do not freeze.
