Favorite Banana Parfait

Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Banana 1 Medium, sliced
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Rum 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice milk 1 Pint
Directions

1. Melt diet margarine in medium skillet over medium heat; add banana slices and cook, stirring constantly, until soft.
2. Add honey; cook until banana is completely soft. Stir in orange juice and chopped walnuts. Pour rum over mixture and keep warm.
