Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Instant rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Uncle Ben's Rice In An Instant)
  Low fat raspberry yogurt 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cartons)
  Fresh raspberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

ln small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in yogurt; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
