Lemon Fruit Parfaits
|Canned tropical fruit salad||16 Ounce, chilled and drained (1 Can)|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Instant lemon pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size)|
|Frozen whipped dessert topping||2 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of A 4 1/2 Ounce Container)|
|Cream sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||1 Tablespoon|
Let whipped topping stand at room temperature while preparing parfaits.
Prepare pudding mix according to package directions except use the 1 3/4 cups milk and the cream sherry in place of the liquid called for.
Chill in freezer 10 minutes.
Spoon pudding into each of 6 parfait glasses.
Add a layer of tropical fruit salad to each.
Top with dessert topping.
Chill in freezer till serving time, if desired.
