Ingredients
  2% low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided (Use Cold)
  Neufchatel cheese 4 Ounce
  Chocolate flavor sugar free instant pudding and pie 3 9⁄10 Ounce (Package, 4 Serving Size Jello)
  Fat free chocolate loaf 15 Ounce, cubed (1 Package, Entenmann's)
  Canned reduced calorie cherry pie filling 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Semi sweet chocolate squares 1 , grated (Use Bakers)
Directions

Pour 1/2 cup milk into blender container.
Add neufchatel cheese; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Divide cake cubes evenly among 12 individual dishes.
Reserve a few cherries for garnish if desired; spoon remaining cherry pie filling over cake cubes.
Top with pudding mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with reserved cherries and chocolate.
