Prepare pudding mix according to package directions except use the 1 3/4 cups milk and creme de cacao in place of the liquid called for.
Fold in chopped peanuts.
Chill in freezer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle sliced bananas with lemon juice.
In parfait glasses alternately layer chocolate mixture and bananas, beginning and ending with chocolate mixture.
Garnish with additional chopped peanuts, if desired.
Chill in freezer till serving time, if desired.
